Multiple Positions Available: Project Lead in Imaging & Instrumentation Engineering, DoseOptics LLC
DoseOptics is a Dartmouth Start-Up company seeded with $3.5 million in funding to develop a commercial prototype system for imaging radiation therapy. A project lead is needed with expertise in tissue optics, imaging, and radiotherapy. An electrical or instrumentation engineer is needed with interest or experience in image capture, image processing, instrumentation control, automated display and system integration and testing. Experience or aptitude to work with various hardware environments is essential, with strong aptitude for independent decision making. Interest in experiencing a start-up environment with an entrepreneurial spirit is desired, as the company is in a steady growth phase and adaptability to different work situations is essential. This is a terrific opportunity to grow inside a dynamic start up, formed from Dartmouth alumni. Reimbursement will be geared to skills and drive to complete the project.
Qualifications for Project Lead Imaging: expert in tissue optics, imaging systems, CMOS camera software and/or radiotherapy would all be important. Expertise in more than one of these areas is essential with desire to become an expert in all areas.
Qualifications for Instrumentation Engineer: experience or aptitude with camera systems, image acquisition & processing, data analysis, performance testing, display and software interface.
