Postdoctoral Position, Beckman Laser Institute and Medical Clinic, UCI



We are seeking applicants for a postdoctoral scholar for a NIH-funded position in our research group with an interest in applying biophotonics principles to clinical applications.

Prior experience in optics and computer-based instrumentation is desirable. Applicants should have a doctorate in biomedical, electrical, or optical engineering or a related field.

The successful applicant will be expected to have strong written and oral communication skills, a desire to publish research findings, and an interest in working both independently and as part of a team.

The postdoctoral scholar will also manage projects which involve both undergraduate and graduate students.

Salary will be based on the candidate experience.
