Two weeks to the submission deadline (August 1, 2009) for IEEE JSTQE Special Issue on Biophotonics - Part 2

Because of the significant interest in the Biophotonics topics, the Editorial Board of the IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics is planning to publish the IEEE JSTQE issue on Biophotonics in two parts. The deadline for submission of manuscripts for IEEE JSTQE issue on Biophotonics 2 is August 1, 2009.

 

IEEE JSTQE invites manuscript submissions in the area of Biophotonics. The focus of this JSTQE issue is to provide an interdisciplinary forum for state-of-the-art developments in both fundamental and technological biophotonics areas including the recent progress and trends in biophotonics advanced imaging, sensing, diagnostics, therapeutics and instrumentation as well as in the modern field of nanobiophotonics imaging and sensing for providing ultrahigh resolution beyond the diffraction barrier in the subwavelength nanometric scale.
